About our cause
At Teamwork Trust, we believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive, no matter their background or challenges. Every day, we support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs to build skills, gain independence, and be part of their community.
Our service users are at the heart of everything we do. They help steer and plan our activities, ensuring that our friendly, safe, and supportive environment reflects their voices. Together, we create opportunities to make new friends, access education and employment experiences, and take part in meaningful activities both in centre and off-site.
In 2025, we proudly launched My Enterprise – 10 sustainable social enterprises chosen and championed by our service users. These enterprises, developed in partnership with local businesses, are helping individuals gain valuable work-based skills and prepare for employment or volunteering opportunities.
We also began major renovations across our three sites in Corby, Kettering, and Wellingborough, creating modern, welcoming spaces for learning and community connection.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are continuing these renovations, hoping to expand our network of partners and co-production working and aiming to raise enough funds for a much-needed minibus. This will ensure that our service users can access wider opportunities, connect with their communities, and travel safely to activities and work/ volunteer placements.
Would you like to make a difference? There are at least 4 ways to support us:
- Sign up to our Corby Lottery page - you will not only help us but there are fabulous prizes (cash and others to be won every week)
- Volunteer your time and skills
- Make a one-off donation to our minibus fundraiser via our website 'DONATE' button.
- Visit us in person to see first-hand the impact our work has on our service users.
Together, we can provide equal chances, choices, and opportunities for everyone we serve.
